This class is for figure skaters who want to develop strength and flexibility and to improve jump and spin techniques off-ice.
It will include warm up exercises, off-ice jumps, strength and conditioning, skate spinner technique and warm down exercises.
Please note that this class will be held at Silverpine Scout Hall (next to the tennis courts) at Pinehaven Reserve.
Please bring: yoga mat and water bottle. If you have your own spinner, skipping rope, foam roller and stretch bands please also bring them.
