DESCRIPTION:This block of five beginner lessons is for adults and teens aged 15 and over who are just starting on their skating journey\, or have started on their journey but would like more time to feel confident stopping\, skating forwards and backwards\, using swizzles/bubbles\, and gliding on 1 foot. \nTerm start: 1 March 2026\nTerm end: 29 March 2026 \nITEMS TO BRING \n\nHelmet – please note skaters in our beginner classes are required to wear a helmet for their lesson.  The rink has helmets available if you don’t have your own.\nGloves.\nWarm\, non-restrictive clothing. DESCRIPTION:This block of weekly classes is aimed at skaters who have passed beginner or elementary level and can already confidently skate from one barrier to the other and demonstrate good control gliding on 1 foot (straight) and stopping. Students should have also already starting working towards 1 foot edges (forwards/backwards\, inside/outside edges) and forwards crossovers.
