SUMMARY:Karla's Annual "Die-Hard" Powerskating Class for Advanced+ Skaters
DESCRIPTION:Yippee-Ki-Yay\, Coach Karla is back and ready to take your skating up a gear. This is an invitational class for our die-hard skaters at senior (advanced+) level. \nPowerskate classes are high-energy conditioning classes. On-ice agility and strength are foundational to good figure and hockey skating\, and these classes are intended to provide skaters with exercises and skills to develop & improve balance\, power\, strength\, edges and endurance. \n  \nEntry Requirements: \n\nOver the age of 12\nFigure skaters should have passed Kiwiskate Advanced level or above.\nHockey Skaters should be at an advanced level and have back crossovers\, forward 3-turns\, 2-foot back 3-turns\, and mohawks.\n\nIf you are unsure if you are at the required level please contact us. \nTicket price includes rink fee. \nDressing up as your favourite Die Hard character optional. \n
