You may register for all classes at your level.
| Novice Youth 1 Thursday 23/02/2023 – 6 to 7pm Cost: $20 Class limit: 10 Lesson plan: 30min warm up, edge class, skating skills + 30mins jumps and spins. Required skills: Skaters can already hold a one-foot glide, forward and backward pumping, forward outside 3 turns, forward outside edges, starting to learn jumps and spins. |

| Advanced (Mixed Age) Saturday 25/02/2023 – 8 to 9am Class limit: 10 30min warm up & stroking patterns from tests. 30mins jumps & spins. Required skills: Be confident with forward and backward crossovers, mohawks and three turns, working on jumps and spins. |

| Novice Youth 3 Sunday 26/02/2023 – 8 to 9am Cost: $20 Class limit: 10 Quick warm up, 30mins jumps and spins (build on Saturday input). For the second half of the lesson skaters will work on moves in the field/artistic flow & intro to ice dance and synchro. Required skills: Skaters can already hold a one-foot glide, forward and backward pumping, forward outside 3 turns, forward outside edges, starting to learn jumps and spins. |
| Advanced (age 12+) – Intro to Ice Dance and Synchro – SOLD OUT – We’ve reached capacity for this class sorry! Cost: $20 Class limit: 10 30mins edge class/technique for turns + 30mins intro to ice dance and synchro Required skills: Be confident with forward and backward crossovers, mohawks and three turns, working on jumps and spins. |
| Off Ice (Mixed age) – SOLD OUT – We’ve reached capacity for this class sorry! Cost: $20 Location: Silverpine Scout Hall (next to the tennis courts at Pinehaven Reserve), Pinehaven Road, Pinehaven Warm up, off ice jumps, strength and conditioning, balance work, skate spinner technique, warm down with stretching. Figure Skating Theory: pathway of becoming a figure skater (tests for different levels), judging system (few basics). Required skills: Enrolled in figure skating lessons, interested in potentially competing and taking skating tests, want to develop strength and flexibility, improve jump and spin technique. To bring: yoga mat and water bottle. If you have your own spinner, skipping rope, foam roller and stretch bands please also bring them. |
