Powerskating

Powerskate classes are high-energy conditioning classes. On-ice agility and strength are foundational to good figure skating, and these classes are intended to provide skaters with exercises and skills to develop & improve their balance, power, strength, edges and endurance. Hockey skaters can also benefit significantly from these classes.

Skaters must be at Advanced level or above and have back crossovers, forward 3-turns, 2-foot back 3-turns, and mohawks.

The rink fee has been incorporated into the cost for this class so you will not be required to pay at the counter.
