This session is for WFSC club members or visiting figure skaters at advanced and above levels to work on jumps, spins, routines, stroking patterns etc.
These are not lessons – these club sessions are for practising figure skating elements only.
Things to note:
- You will need your own figure skates.
- All those attending must familiarise themselves with the Right of Way Rules contained in the Code of Conduct, and our guide to Figure Skating Session Etiquette.
- Private lesson skaters attending these sessions must be at advanced level or above. Lessons via Zoom or other online media are not permitted during Club sessions.
- Wear appropriate clothing and gloves, and consider protective gear such as crash pants, knee guards or head protection. Jeans, flared/wide legged pants, extra long pants, or pants with ties/drawstrings at base of leg are not allowed to be worn on the ice.
- Headphones/earbuds are not permitted to be worn on the ice during club sessions.
- Children under the age of 14 may not be left unattended during club sessions.
- No photos or recordings of any kind are to be made of other skaters during open sessions without their permission.
