Off-Ice training is essential to figure skaters wanting to improve on the ice. This class focuses on building strength, flexibility, balance, and core stability to enhance on-ice performance. Through a combination of dynamic stretching, strength exercises, and mobility drills, skaters will improve their balance, coordination and strength while reducing the risk of injury.
Join Coach Karla and gain the power, control, and flexibility needed to help you achieve your goals on the ice. This class is suitable for skaters at the Novice 1 level and above, ages 10 and up.
Please bring a resistance band and a yoga mat if you have them!
