This 90 minute combination class will work on ballet elements to improve balance, strength, coordination, extension and flow of movement, skating specific fitness, and off-ice techniques for jumps and spins.
No previous ballet training is required.
Youth aged 10 years and up may attend this class.
Please bring: Yoga mat, drink bottle, skipping rope, skate spinner if you have one, balance board if you have one, foam roller if you have one.
Wear athletic clothing and sport shoes.
This class will be held in the Multi Use Room at Te Kupenga o Rongomai (Maidstone Sports Hub), 11 Railway Ave, Upper Hutt (round the corner from Brewtown).
