Off-ice training is an important part of on-ice success. This class will focus on skating fitness for strength and endurance, and skating-specific exercises and techniques.
Suitable for all levels of skaters from the age of 10 years to adult.
Please bring: Yoga mat, drink bottle, skipping rope, skate spinner if you have one, balance board if you have one.
Wear athletic clothing and sport shoes.
This class will be held in the Multi Use Room at Maidstone Sports Hub (Te Kupenga o Rongomai), 11 Railway Ave, Upper Hutt (round the corner from Brewtown).
