To be eligible for this class you must already be working at Novice 1 or Novice 2 Kiwiskate level, or have been advised by a senior coach that you are ready to move up from Basic level.
This workshop is designed for Novice 1 and 2 skaters who are ready to strengthen their foundational skills and build upon them. Skaters will focus on edge quality, forward and backward skating, building confidence with turns and introductory step sequences. Emphasis is placed on control, flow, balance, and confident movement across the ice.
Perfect for skaters looking for extra practice, skill refinement, and continued progress in a supportive, high-energy environment.
