Adult Elementary/Basic (age 15+) Term 2, 2026
These classes are aimed at skaters who have passed beginner or elementary level and can already confidently skate from one barrier to the other and demonstrate good control gliding on 1 foot (straight) and stopping. Students should have also already starting working towards 1 foot edges (forwards/backwards, inside/outside edges) and forwards crossovers. Please see KiwiSkate levels for more information on the skills for these levels.
This block of six classes will be held on Sunday mornings.

Please note that per our Helmet Policy, skaters in this class will be required to wear a helmet.
You should aim to be at the rink at least 15 minutes before the class begins to ensure adequate time to fit skates.
